Legal advice is a question of trust. To be right and to get what is one's by right are often not the same thing.
Therefore it is important to have, in all questions of law, a reliable partner who will represent you not only in an informed and consistent manner but also with experience and perception. Whilst, for example, it is often necessary in cases of debt recovery to have swift recourse to legal action, in family matters, for instance, a cautious approach is often the better method of achieving an objective. We try to develop together with our clients a strategy which will best serve their interests in that particular case. This requires willingness and the ability to put oneself into the position of interest of the client and to consider the reasonableness of the methods used to produce lasting solutions. Our aim and our wish is that the client is so satisfied after the conclusion of the legal matter that he recommends us to others and should it be necessary, that he places his trust in us again in the future.
A large number of private clients who have remained loyal to us over decades and often over generations are confirmation of our efforts and this in turn increases the pleasure in our work which furthermore is and shall continue to be a trademark of our Chambers.
