Dr. Hans Waldbauer, born in 1894, established his own Lawyers' Practice in Rattenberg in 1924. In 1938 he moved the Practice to Kufstein. His son, Dr. Johannes Waldbauer, born in 1927, carried on the Practice and formed a partnership with Dr. Roland Paumgarten which was subsequently extended to include Dr. Helmut Naschberger and the grandson of the Chamber 's founder, Michael Waldbauer, Master of Law.

In 85 years of existence, the legal partnership of Waldbauer & Paumgarten & Naschberger has, by means of a steady expansion of its client base, developed into one of the largest legal practices in Tyrol.

True, growth and expansion of the available services may have changed the face and the size of the Chambers. However, successors and partners have remained loyal to the principles of the founder "the focal point of our work is always the client and his concerns".
